How do I place an order?

Look at the different air plants and concepts on our website. If you see any nice items, click on them and then click add to plant basket. And voila! The plant is in your plant basket, then click on your plant basket in the upper right corner, fill in your details and proceed to checkout. After payment, you will find your order within 1-3 working days on your doormat.

Where do you deliver and what are the shipping costs?

Our orders are delivered by PostNL and have a track and trace code. You can enter this code on the PostNL website under 'track your package'. This code will tell you exactly when your plants have been shipped and what the expected delivery date is. We offer free shipping from €75, with the exception of the Netherlands (from €35).


We do our best to protect the air plants as much as possible, so they will not be damaged in transit. I the plants or other products are damaged in transit? Please e-mail us pictures immediately and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I think the environment is important, how sustainable is the Plantasy packaging?

We think it is important to take good care of Mother Nature. After all, she takes care of all the beauty that grows and blooms around us and we want to keep it that way! Good, strong packaging is important for the air plants, so that they are not damaged in transit. Therefore, we only use paper packaging and try to reduce the use of plastic as much as possible.

I have placed an order. When can I expect it?

How nice, our green friends can't wait to shine in your home. We always ship our orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Read all about the delivery times here.

Can I change the delivery address after I have placed my order?

If the order has already been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed anymore. If you have not yet received a message that the order has been shipped, please send us an email to info@plantasy.life as soon as possible with the correct delivery address. We can then try to change the delivery address in time.

How can I track my order?

Our orders are delivered by PostNL and have a track and trace code. You can enter this code on the PostNL website under 'track your package'. This will tell you exactly when your plants have been dispatched and the expected delivery date.

Will the invoice be sent with my order?

We will send you the invoice for your order by e-mail. After all, you don't want the invoice to be attached to a gift. In your package you will receive an overview of your order, so that you can check if everything is there.

Will I get exactly the same plant as in the pictures?

Our plants are different from each other just like people, no two are the same. One is slightly larger or smaller, the other thicker or narrower. We select the plants of the orders fresh from the nursery every day to be able to send you the most beautiful plants. But remember, each plant is unique and may therefore differ slightly from the photo.

What does the 30-day planting guarantee mean?

Do your air plants deteriorate quickly? Then we will replace them or refund them free of charge. Just let us know at info@plantasy.life and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Have you glued your plants on and are they deteriorating? Then you must have purchased our special Tillandsia glue, otherwise we cannot guarantee these plants. The reason for this is that we have no insight into the glue with which the plants are actually stuck on.

Can I come and pick up my plants myself?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We would have liked to help you personally and tell you more about all the plants in the nursery. At this moment we just cannot make this possible. We will try to show you as many behind-the-scenes shots as possible on our socials and assist you through customer service and chat. Of course, you can be sure that we will send you the most beautiful plants.
