What if my order does not meet my expectations?
How unfortunate! We have done our best to select the most beautiful plants in the nursery for you. You can always return your order without giving any reason, within 14 days after receipt. We kindly ask you to return the plants as soon as possible so that they arrive healthy. The shipping costs for the return are for your own account.

Please note; is your plant or product damaged? Please send photos to before you send the shipment back.

My plant or product has arrived damaged or in poor condition, what now?

If your plant or product has been damaged, we will find a suitable solution. Please note that Tillandsia is a natural and small product. This means that a leaf may have been snapped, but this is quite normal for air plants. Is your product really damaged? It is possible that the package has been damaged during transport. Please contact us immediately upon receipt via e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

What does the 30-day plant guarantee mean?

Do your air plants deteriorate quickly? Then we will replace them or refund them free of charge. Just let us know at and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Did you stick your plants and are they deteriorating? Then you should have bought the special Tillandsia glue from us. This glue is acid-free, especially for the air plants. If you have not done this, we cannot give any guarantee, because we have no insight into which glue the plants have actually been stuck on.

How can I return my order?

Please return your order in the box you received it in with all the protective materials. This way you can be sure that the plants will be returned undamaged and you will get your money back. Then send an email within 14 days to with your details and order number and let us know by email that package is being returned.

When will I get my money back if I return my order?

We will refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible and in any case no later than 5 days after receipt. We will refund using the same method of payment as used for the original transaction. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back.
